If you agree to sign up for an account which provides an identification card and include health information on your profile, you have an option to opt in or out of this section and to keep this information private depending on the job and your personal preferences. This service is not provided to outside parties and is only available by you or through your profile via your personal Identification card as you specify. We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for courses and services or goods. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond the filling of your orders and courses.
